Refunds and withdrawal

Short version: cancel inside the 7-day trial and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel any time to stop future payments. One free trial per customer. If you had one before, the first payment is taken right away.

If you buy from the EU

EU consumer law gives buyers in the EU a right of withdrawal, generally 14 days. For digital content and services it can end earlier once you have started to use them with your express consent. Our payment provider, the merchant of record, handles withdrawals for EU buyers. Polar, as the seller, handles withdrawals and refunds under its buyer terms and the law.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with, and say clearly what you want. Refunds go back to your original payment method. The customer portal has no refund button: use it to manage or cancel your subscription.

Everyone else

Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial so you can test everything first, so payments after the trial are generally not refunded. If the app does not work on your PC, or something went wrong with a payment, write to us within 14 days of the charge: we look at every request and refund where it is fair.
